CAARERT Training has far reaching implications. In June of 2009 quite a few CAARERT members assisted with communications for the ADA Tour de Cure near Grafton, Illinois. Here Steve K9WAV operates the ADA Net Control from the Jersey County Unified Command Center. (Photo by Bob KC9HGW)
